To help students stay motivated and build strong practice habits, we use a practice app called Tonic. This app allows students to track their practice time, record videos, and see their progress over time — all in a fun and encouraging way.
I have created a private group just for Ellie Piano Studio students, where everyone can participate in weekly practice challenges.
🏆 Weekly Rewards
Each week, the student who reaches the top of the leaderboard will receive a special reward — 8 bonus practice stamps on top of their normal lesson stamps.
This system has been very successful in helping students stay consistent and motivated between lessons.
