2025 End-of-Year Spring Concert

Join us for a morning of beautiful music, Celebrate the talent and dedication of our young musicians through their musical recital. Family, friends and all community members are welcome - come and be inspired by young musicians (written by Sebastian Wong).

• Performers are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the event.

• Dress Code: Formal / Performance Attire

• By signing up for and attending this event, you agree to all policies, terms, and conditions.

Booking Information

Performer Sign-up: Face-to-face during lessons (Booking now closed)

Audience Tickets:

• Tickets will be available on the day at the door for $5.

• Please check with the performer you’re supporting to see if they have reserved a ticket for you.

• All tickets will be collected at the door — simply mention the performer’s name when collecting.

• Each ticket is single-use only and contains a unique barcode for entry.

Policy and Terms & Conditions:

1. Refunds and Cancellations

   • No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of absence, late arrival, or withdrawal after singing up in person.

   • Each performer may sign up once, corresponding to their individual student registration.
     Performance slots cannot be transferred or exchanged with siblings or friends.

2. Repertoire Changes

   • Repertoire changes are not permitted after 19 Oct. Please ensure all selections are final before this date.

3. Fees and Payments

   • All fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

   • For performer, Full payment must be received by 15 August to secure your participation.

4. Scheduling

   • Please note that performance times may be adjusted if necessary. By registering, participants agree to any potential time changes communicated by Ellie Piano Studio.

5. Agreement to Terms

   • By attending or signing up, participants acknowledge and agree to all policies, terms, and conditions stated herein.

6. Photography and Media Consent

   • Ellie Piano Studio reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, including social media and the studio website.

   • Participants who do not consent must notify the studio prior to the event date.

7. Liability and Personal Belongings

   • Ellie Piano Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, or for any injuries sustained during the event.

   • Participants and guardians are responsible for their own safety and supervision of their children at all times.

2025 Student Awards Concert

Ellie Piano Studio is delighted to present the 2025 Student Awards Concert, an event that underscores the dedication, skill, and achievements of our students. This concert will feature exceptional performances that reflect the rigor and excellence of their preparation for the AMEB (Australian Music Examinations Board) exams. Beyond performing, selected students will also undertake the significant responsibility of organizing key aspects of this collaborative event, fostering leadership and professional growth.

Program Highlights:

• Student Performances: A carefully curated program of solo and ensemble performances that showcase the breadth of talent within the studio.

• Awards Ceremony: Recognition of students’ outstanding achievements in the AMEB exams. Certificates and honors will be presented to celebrate their hard work and dedication.

• Special Guest Performance: A recital by Ellie Piano Studio teachers to inspire and motivate the next generation of musicians.

• Collaborative Efforts: Performers contributing to the event’s planning and execution, demonstrating their holistic growth as musicians and team members.

• RSVP: Invitations will be sent to enrolled students and their families. Attendance is by reservation only, as seating is limited. Please register by 8 Feb 2025.

• Photography and Media: Professional photography will be arranged during the event. Families are welcome to keepsakes and photos post-event.
