Ellie Piano Studio presents

Spring Piano Soirée

This Concert is a wonderful mid-year performance opportunity for students of Ellie Piano Studio to share their musical progress and build confidence on stage. It provides a supportive environment where students can perform for family and friends while gaining valuable performance experience.

Students who performed in the 2025 November Student Concert are warmly invited to participate again as part of their continued musical journey and growth. Regular performances help strengthen confidence, refine repertoire, and develop important stage skills throughout the year. We look forward to a joyful concert celebrating each student’s music and dedication.

Performers are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the event.

  • Dress Code: Formal / Performance Attire

  • By signing up for and attending this event, you agree to all policies, terms, and conditions.


  • 5:45pm ticket booth open

  • 6:00-7:00pm Performances

  • 7:00-7:15pm Photo taking + certificate

  • 7:15-7:30pm Pack up time

Ticketing

Please note that performer does NOT need a ticket for entry this year.

Audience Tickets:

  • Please check with the performer you’re supporting to see if they have reserved a ticket for you.

  • All tickets has been hand out in April.

  • Each ticket is single-use only and contains a unique barcode for entry.

  • If the audience tickets provided in the performer package are not enough, you may request additional tickets.

Parking Information & Concert Guidelines

Stonington Community Uniting Church

Parking Information

  • Limited parking is available on site at the church.

  • Additional street parking is available around the surrounding residential streets.

  • Please allow extra time to find parking, especially close to the concert start time.

  • Kindly observe all local parking signs and restrictions when parking your vehicle.

Rules to Follow During the Concert

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all performers and audience members, please follow these guidelines:

  • Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early to allow time for seating.

  • No talking is allowed while a performance is in progress.

  • No food or drinks are permitted inside the concert hall.

  • Mobile phones must be set to silent mode during the concert.

  • Do not enter or exit the hall while a performance is in progress.
    Please wait until the performer has finished and the audience is clapping before moving in or out of the hall.

  • Photography and video recording are welcome, but please do so without flash and without disturbing others.

  • Children must remain supervised by their parents at all times.

  • Please respect the venue and keep the space clean.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping create a respectful and supportive concert environment for all performers.


Policy and Terms & Conditions:

Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of absence, late arrival, or withdrawal after singing up in person.

  • Each performer may sign up once, corresponding to their individual student registration.
    Performance slots cannot be transferred or exchanged with siblings or friends.

Repertoire

  • Repertoire changes are not permitted after 22 April 2026. Please ensure all selections are final before this date.

  • Time limit per performer is 4 minuets.

  • If you wish to have additional performance time, an extra fee for an encore/performance extension will apply depending on the extra time requested. This is to ensure fairness for all performers.

Fees and Payments

  • All fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

  • For performer, Full payment must be received by 22nd March 2026 to secure your participation.

Scheduling

  • Please note that performance times may be adjusted if necessary. By registering, participants agree to any potential time changes communicated by Ellie Piano Studio.

Photography and Media Consent

  • Ellie Piano Studio reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, including social media and the studio website.

  • Participants who do not consent must notify the studio prior to the event date.

Liability and Personal Belongings

  • Ellie Piano Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, or for any injuries sustained during the event.

  • Participants and guardians are responsible for their own safety and supervision of their children at all times.

  • Each performer may sign up once, corresponding to their individual student registration.
    Performance slots cannot be transferred or exchanged with siblings or friends.

Agreement to Terms

  • By attending or signing up, participants acknowledge and agree to all policies, terms, and conditions stated herein.
